OK, just a show of hands who actually uses this? Not a maybe, just a yes or no. Do you want it, do you need it in the game = same as yes or no. Seems the worst teammates are always crafting. Imo no needed.

My question is why do people start crafting while:There is a firefight and a teammate is down?The ring is RIGHT THERE and about to engulf the station?I have just told them with Crypto that there are 4 squads nearby, and you just put up the "come shoot us here" signal?Their bags are already full because they loot goblined all the stuff and I still have just a P2020 and 40 spare rounds?

It can come in clutch when you’re struggling with loot especially in higher ranked lobbies where you can’t find deathboxes lying around.What I hate about is that when an item is in the replicator for the day, it won’t be available as ground loot. Purple bags annoy me the most.When I soloQ, you need to “sense” when your squad is about to move on from that POI so you won’t get left behind just crafting.

@Sand_spitter I like the replicator but I HATE gathering the crafting materials. Most of your issue is probably waiting on teammates to gather materials THEN craft rather than just crafting. Waiting 10 seconds for them to craft a backpack or shield batteries is no problem. Waiting a full minute for them to run all over to gather materials then crafting 1-2 items? Plus your team rarely does this all at once so you'll have to wait for your 3rd teammate who started crafting late.Replicator = Good.Materials stations = Bad.

@Sand_spitter It was your typical round 1, 3 teams left situation in apex. Crafting in some POIs oddly attracts enemies. Lol.

I do use it if I have the chance, for batteries/meds mostly and if there are attachments that are useful.

worst teammates? no, looters are the worst teammates regardless of what they do, not players who craft a thing or two along the way and only take less than a minute if you already have the material.

@bosourdOk, here we go.

Yes, looters = the same guys always at the replicator = bad teammate.

3 games in a row and counting now that we lost bc, teammate wanted to build something instead of learning to shoot with an iron sight for eg. and leaving us to fight alone. Literally cost us the match.

@Cheese9ManYes we do. And it also proves my point in my last post, this place is turning into reddit. It makes this place pretty much useless. Now if it was you we would have a better response. So, would you do the honors and ask the question?

My point is the replicator is useless and pointless. We could spend that same time looting if there was better loot. All it does is add clutter.

Looks like I am the worst teammate.
I play Loba and, believe me, there is literally NO BATTERIES lying around, so I am forced to craft some for myself.

@PsyhiX69 Hell no, you are Loba - pretty much the best teammate you could ask for. Unlimited loot from start to end. That's pretty great in my book 🙂 would you rather use replicator or just pick stuff up off the ground?
