@Sand_spitter but as i said before, why should that person have to follow you into combat feeling unprepared just because you're ready? the problem is caused by the team mates that ran off to do their own thing & got killed. how is that the crafter's fault?
this seems to me to be basic human consideration, which most people who play this game either never had or store somewhere for safe keeping when they fire up the game.
either it's a SQUAD, aka team, based shooter or it's not. i was under the impression it is a team game. meaning "the team is only as good as their weakest link." if that weak link is ignored & left behind before they're kitted how does that help anyone?
in real combat no one is sent in naked.
perhaps being a better team mate would help that other team member shine. if that's too much for others to handle then they should uncheck the fill team mates box & drop solo.
what no one has any right to do is tell someone else how to play their game.

@TottnhmLOGIC Not really, there's a difference between looting up an then progressing forward and someone who never seems to ever be ready.
