My question is why do people start crafting while:
- There is a firefight and a teammate is down?
- The ring is RIGHT THERE and about to engulf the station?
- I have just told them with Crypto that there are 4 squads nearby, and you just put up the "come shoot us here" signal?
- Their bags are already full because they loot goblined all the stuff and I still have just a P2020 and 40 spare rounds?

I think this is a newbie thing, considering these options there are other things to mention:
1) Why do people run 300 heavy rounds not sharing when they run wingman or 30/30
2) Why do people shoot without cover when they can use cover
3) Why do people thirst hard just because they cracked an armor and see flesh to die from the other two team members just waiting for a foolish push.
4) ... the list goes on
I think the correct answer would be, there are options out there and some of them might not be used correctly for many things by some.
I been in a fight before where I popped 3 shield bats for crafter like @hayhor mentioned and pinged them when done so the team would get bats for push, and that actually won us the fight.
I do however think the crafting needs a bit of a rework, I hate the fact that you get mods and bags in there, because it restrict the ground loot, and at some options to a point where you have to craft or get lucky in a deathbox. Purple mag vs white mag on an R99 for instance might be the difference between offensive vs defensive play, and getting that crafting locked hurts quite bad and I would like this to get addressed.
- 4 years ago@Zkepz I agree. That’s the beauty of this game because there’s almost an infinite number of unique scenarios that you have to adapt to.
I’ve been whining about the daily replicator exclusives for a year now. It’s for them to “clean up” the ground loot by removing 2-3 items on the ground. With more guns added in the future, I don’t know what they’ll do to address that. Just have 5+ guns in the carepackage? Lol. Glad they stopped placing guns in replicators too.- 4 years ago
Yes if it appropriate.
I'm a beast with a TCd Havoc so if it's TC day I'll pick up one as soon as I can.
Same with 2x (most guns) and 3x scopes (Rampage or Longbow), purple bolt if I have a shotgun (which I usually do), purple mags. Batts and heals if needed. Respawn beacon if I am carrying a banner.

Well, at least I don't have that problem. I usually cap at about 100 per gun (or 200 if both take same ammo type) except for Shotguns and Snipers, where I carry about 50 max.
This is because,
1) I will be dead long before I run that ammo out.
2) I tend to ignore backpacks past white cause why be a loot delivery system with MORE loot and
3) I like to carry random useless crap so that I can at least imagine my killer's disappointment.- 4 years ago
My point was that people make mistakes, be it with crafter or anything else :D
