WHOLE ACCOUNT BAN

he is an influencer, a BIG streamer. he may not even "type" these things in the chat. but look how many people watch it. in the match I took this ban, there were 2 random people who reported me, and it wasn't even me.

do you think this support decision is correct? to delete my account completely, I even accept a 1 month ban if necessary!

but what about the investment I made? in games, skins, heirlons?

@spyden1_TTVIt's content and i have no issue with the way he conducts himself but i also don't think you should be permanently banned but it's on Origin so you risk all games when breaking ToS on EAs live service.

I would prefer they add a profanity filter so a) the person isn't exposed to it anyway unless it's manipulated creatively (most randoms in game can't find their keyboard in front of them, let alone the creativity in using it) and b) certain words that may not be used as an insult or hate speech but actually result in a ban because everyone is offended by something nowadays and reports you if your third isn't premade and you hurt his feelings.

The internet shouldn't be babysitting your or others feelings or made a safe space for sensitive souls that lack the maturity or resilience in dealing with communities online but that's the cancel culture, over bearing moderation and dangerous direction we find ourselves in today.

I don't agree with toxicity or harassment but i do like to trash talk and playful banter but others here will tell you to just always be kind.

there was a time when toxic behavior wasn't really a concern to game companies but now it kinda is, alot of countries have huge laws against harassment and hate speech.

@spyden1_TTVWhat he says on his stream is up to twitch itself to take action against him. They banned based on the word used in their game in coms or typed. Shiv rages on twitch for content. He does not have his push to talk turned on violating in-game policy. Therefore no action is taken against him as he is not in coms but is raging to his viewers.

Also when you allow someone onto your account which is kinda against the rules to share account informations you take the risk of who ever logged into that account to have actions taken against them. So yes you are responsible for who is on that account who you allow on that account and for what they may do or say in game. You are 100% in the wrong there is no justifying your side of things. TOS was clearly broke when your friend decided to use a word now considered hate speech.

@spyden1_TTVIf that was the case you would see thousands who have reported Shiv. Even another big time streamer was suspended for this very word and was not allowed to compete in the ALG tournament. So best believe if players on his team reported him then action would be taken against him. No one is safe. Not even some of the best in the world.

Sadly the support can not assist you with this concern. This is something only the terms of service team can see and control and give information. Community managers will also explain this if they are to respond.
