A old thread but found a bit weird that this wasn't in any of the answers.
Apex is diff not because of the so called speed compared to Cod or BF, because on Xbox and my tv fov 80 this game really is not that fast at all.
The big difference is TTK aka time to kill, when you aim and shoot on target in cod or bf your targets die.
In Apex that only happens in a hot spot vs no armor or white armor, else it's a full clip or full clip and secondary weapon depending on how much you hit.
Now because the TTK is slow compared to the others there is now also a factor of not getting hit yourself, so no stationary shooting.
Strafe shoot, shoot the same target as teammates or atleast try, take guns where you can spam bullets with relative ease, spitfire/volt.
- @Guiltygear-Z You know you can increase your FOV to 110 right?
- @hayhor Yeah I am aware of that. For me on my tv that makes it really bad to see what I’m shooting at.
