Why can I enter my Apex legends account on Nintendo switch????

Just two days ago I started to play apex many again, AND NOW I ENTER SWITCH AND SEE:

“This profile is not permitted to play online”

I ONLY PLAYED APEX 2 HOURS IN THIS SEASON AND I LIKED IT. BUT NOW I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. Please someone help me. I tried all the things I can do, but I can’t enter the account

@Minti_boy Howdy! I do believe this is a known issue, that they are working on. While I can't speak from experience, I have seen many people claim to fix this issue on Switch, by disabling the setting for "convert text to speech" in your game settings. Hopefully this works for you, like it has for others, so you can at least play while they try to find a fix.
