Why can I one clip all 3 targets in training yard with ease but

if an enemy is literally in front of me only 3/20 bullets hit?  The rest of the bullets magically disappear or what is going on? The moment an enemy slightly moves the bullet can no longer connect ...

I record my games on OBS often so I can rewatch and improve on my mistakes and the times I noticed noreg shots are 0. You just miss your shots sorry.

@Xenlai No regs never happen? Now we all know that isnt true. But full clips are quite rare to see.
