Why can't we get confirmation

Why can we not yet receive confirmation when a player, that we have reported, has been banned?  So many games out there do this, but for some reason this mess of a game does not...We Report in game, through Origin and report though Easy anti cheat and yet there are players out there that are still playing...seriously dumbfounded

    @jumanjaydazed You think they have a handle on cheating? To the degree they can spend time reporting to the reporters on each report...they can’t even keep up clearing them out.
