Why do 99% of players do this in BR games?

Most pub players drop in Fragment/Market/Energy Depot and it drives me crazy, too. One reason is because I suck at hot drop 1v9 fights, the other is that I swear Apex likes to mess with me by having me open 3 bins and finding a P2020 with no ammo and 16 syringes while everyone else gets r301's & Flatlines. It really sucks to wait 3-4 minutes to get into a game just to land and have 6 other players punch you to death instantly.
- @HappyHourSumwur Literally just had a game where my jumpmaster "hot dropped," someone lands next to me, I get a p2020 from my supply bin, they get a mastiff...guess who won that fight? Last straw, never hot dropping in this game again. My teammates can die for all I care, I'm not suicidal.
- @jokool_aid I killed someone who was facing me shooting on the drop the other day with a p2020. Looking in their box they had an r99 and a volt. I teabagged the box a bit there. lol
