Almost every game I play my teammates are speaking Spanish. I live in the North east...nothing against Spanish people but I don't speak the language so when they say stuff I have no idea wtf they're saying.
It happens with North America. I can set my servers to New York, or Virginia, and I still get players who don't speak english. You just gotta go with the flow till you get a full group together, or meet friends that play together.
