Why do kills/damage not count from holiday event?

This is more so a question for EA/Respawn, so let me just lay out the reasoning as to why it should count... These themed events are a nice change of pace to the regular game modes, and offer so muc...

@IAmTheMeddler I can think of a few major reasons.

It’s easy to stack up kills and damage. I saw a player get 40 kills and do 6800 damage. That would allow players to inflate their numbers and hame stats. It’s not normal game play or remotely closer to normal game play. It would allow players to unlock badges they have not earned.

    Wait, what? There are only 18 kills to be had by one person in any given match. That’s wiping both the other two squads for three rounds all by yourself. 3150 is 175 * 18. So even if the opponents did a lot of healing, 6800 is still unrealistic.

      @DarthVaapar the match can have 7 rounds, like 3-2-2, but can also have more if rounds end in draw. Anyway, 2 enemy teams = 6 enemies x 7 rounds => it's possible to kill 42 people. Some of the kills need to happen after the enemies capture the train though, but before the respawns.

      So, 40kills and 6800 damage is very difficult to achieve, but certainly not impossible.

      @DarthVaapar If all teams get two captures that’s 6 rounds. 6x6 is 36 kills, the 7th round to decide who wins would be an additional 6 kills. Now you’ll need to subtract 4 kills for the 4 rounds the enemy wins, which would leave you with 32 kills, add 6 kills from the 7th round and you’re at 38. However those can easily made up via rounds in which no one captures the train.

    @DarthValtrex Yeah I thought about this, but at the end of the day, my thought was "Who cares?"
