Why does the hemlok exist?

Hemlok and other guns that are just useless, no one uses them, why keep them in the game? Seriously?

    Please explain how it is better than a Flatline or a 301? Clearly the usage stats say otherwise

    @dioangel Because you only have to 2-3 tap people from across the map. Also free headshot close-mid range as it pulls up while bursting. Flatline has dumb recoil, of course not a problem for all the cheaters. Nothing is better than R301, though the removal of Anvil made it a little meh as a sniper.

    @dioangel I can better control it mid-long range and you get more headshots because of the recoil. The R031 is more flexible in more situations and the flatline has great hipfire recoil compared to the R301. Different guns, different pros and con’s but it’s nowhere useless.

    @Cheese9ManAgreed, I also use the Hemlock quite a lot if I can't find the Flatline lol but the range is much metter than other weapons imo

    @dioangel Hemlock is a good gun to carry if you need something to poke from distance. And if you learn it hipfire up close you realize it isn't bad.

    I've had wins carrying a Hemlock from the get-go, and it's my weapon of choice in Arenas past the first round. If you're good with it you can deal a lot of damage while moving around, making yourself difficult to hit. I am good with all shotguns and burst-fire weapons for this reason. In fact the only guns I have trouble with are the G7 and the Wingman.

    I saw a thread on a different forum saying (in all seriousness) the Prowler was the worst gun in the game. I mean, come on ...

    I think of lot of people start playing this game and expect all guns to be as easy to use as the R301, Flatline or Spitfire. Most guns have some reward except that some of them you need to git gud before you get those rewards.
