The game needs region lock and ping lock if it doesn't have it because this is a fps exploit that has been abused since the dawn of time. Players with high ping joining servers on purpose to gimmick hit reg is a thing. If the person is appearing to be standing still and you cant hit him is because he is not there and is lagging the hell out. We cant know if the servers or the tickrate are the problem unless we have ping and region restrictions to combat those issues in the first place. Thats just my opinion.
@ALLGREY001Region locking and ping locking wont change anything. Its the fact that the servers are garbage. Simple as that. Anyone can bypass a region lock with a simple VPN and good luck convincing any company to implement a ping lock method because all that will do is decline their own player base and even less people will be playing this game.
The person above you mentioned a few informative videos that you should watch to get a better understanding of what the problem is. I would suggest you go and look into it instead of asking for features that will do nothing but have a negative impact on the people who play this game.
