- dSKyNafinchin3 years agoHero (Retired)@hayhor I haven't played with Seer much, but I wonder if you hit the base of Horizon's Q with Seer's tactical, if that would cancel it? Unless you've already tried that. My best guess is that hitting the actual player at the top of the lift doesn't work, since they're basically just sitting on an updraft. Maybe taking out the base, works? Disregard, if you've already tried that
- @dSKyNafinchin I've seen both and not seen it go away or the horizon fall.
- @hayhor It only interrupts channeling abilities not items placed on the ground. Hence it can cancel Valk’s abilities but not Gibby’s bubble and Lifeline’s revive.

We just need a new piece of equipment, in the survival slot, that behaves similarly to the old Black Hat on CoD. Single-use, but can hack/destroy any item of enemy equipment that has been placed.

Interesting. I've never heard the term channeling abilities but these I assume are on the player which is why the grapple cancels and valks jets stop.
What about her no stun landing? Would that cancel if she is on scan? This would require testing, but I believe that if Horizon were in the actual act of throwing the lift when she is hit by Seer tac, it ought to cancel it. But it won't get rid of a thing that's already there.
Consider an interesting edge case, LL: If she is hit by Seer tac while she is in the act of tapping someone for a res, it will cancel the revive. But if she taps someone and that player is hit by the Seer tac after Lifeline has moved and she is not hit herself, it will not cancel the res.
I'll be interested to do some testing on this. LL tac would be in the same category as Horizon tac. If my first statement above is true, then Seer tac should also stop her from deploying health drone IF she is in the act of deploying it when hit.
