Why doesnt a seer tactical cancel a horizon q?
As a pathfinder if I'm mid grapple I instantly stop. Why are horizons allowed to sit on their q's?

@hayhor I haven't played with Seer much, but I wonder if you hit the base of Horizon's Q with Seer's tactical, if that would cancel it? Unless you've already tried that. My best guess is that hitting the actual player at the top of the lift doesn't work, since they're basically just sitting on an updraft. Maybe taking out the base, works? Disregard, if you've already tried that
We just need a new piece of equipment, in the survival slot, that behaves similarly to the old Black Hat on CoD. Single-use, but can hack/destroy any item of enemy equipment that has been placed.
