1: how do I contact with a real person to talk and explain?
2: Why there is no record? How do I deal with that?

Then what should I do? I also read 50+ post and a post in 3 days have same problem which no penalty record, how we deal with this situation? Will email them really helps? The 50+ post reflects the way of email cant be any slower and useless
