Why I get banned and why there is no way to contact to a real persom?

Every time I follow the step to choose appeal button to the survey from penalty history, I cant submit the appeal and it said case not created. I wait for two days!

I really need help plz dont delete my posts.

I was extremely surprised by this decision because I have never intentionally used cheats, hacks, scripts, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.

I am still a relatively new Apex player and have been learning the game normally. I respectfully ask your team to review my gameplay data, match history, statistics, rank progression, and account activity. I believe this information will show that I am simply a newer player trying to improve rather than someone using cheats.

I take improving at Apex seriously and have even paid for coaching from an experienced player so I could learn positioning, movement, aim, and decision-making properly. I wanted to become better through practice and guidance, not through unfair methods.

I have also spent approximately $500 on this account because I genuinely enjoy Apex and intended to keep playing for a long time. I understand that spending money does not excuse any rule violation, but I mention it because I would never knowingly risk permanently losing an account that I have invested so much time, money, and effort into.

Because I do not know what caused the ban, I would greatly appreciate a manual review of the specific activity that triggered it. Please also review my login history, devices, IP activity, and linked accounts in case there was any unusual or unauthorized activity.

I fully respect EA's efforts to keep Apex Legends fair and understand why anti-cheat enforcement is necessary. I am not asking for special treatment. I am only requesting a careful and fair review because I genuinely believe this permanent ban may have been issued incorrectly.

I am willing to provide any additional account information needed for the investigation. I sincerely hope you can review my case and restore my account if no cheating violation is confirmed.
