Why is there 4 Lobby slots if you can't play Quads?

Title says it all, heard about they added quads and got 3 other friends on we were ready to queue quads just to find out that there isn't an option for it. so why can you have 4 people in the lobby if you can't queue a single game mode with it, you can't even queue into the firing range? https://omegle.onl/
