Infinite loading screen

Question

Hello, I have been unable to load into apex for the past 2 days. I get on the game and &nbsp;have an infinite loading screen. I’ve tried everything online, ran as administrator, changed DNS, reinstalled, validated game files, updated windows/drivers, changed Ethernet ports, reset internet, cleared cache, and flushed DNS. Nothing has worked and I’ve been unable to connect to any apex support. I really need some help!

Try to remove any usb device, besides mouse and keyboard.

I’ve tried this with no luck. I’ve been trying to get the ea app to work so that I can download &nbsp;it on there but the ea app says launch failed everytime. I’ve tried reinstalling it, running as admin, clearing cache, and have even had one of my friends who works in IT to look at it. I have been unable to come up with any solutions
