Why isnt Apex Legends Octane Edtion not available on ps4 anymore?

I've been trying to get the Apex legends add-on Octane Edition for ps4 but when I search for it online I can't find any local stores that sells it online or in stores. Walmart has it online but it's ...

I've been waiting for it to come back in the store as i think its my favorite octane skin and charge rifle skin (not to mention the great price) charge rifle is also my favorite secondary gun
