Why others does not get ban, but me?

I want to ask the support, as part of EA, they need to answer it here, not to redirect you. Why does my other max account with heirloom and nearly all skins, get a permaban for calling twice people  (that's the only reason) but with my new account i've reported like 20+ people flaming like crazy on Mic or Chat, and I've got only 3 msg from EA that they are thankful for my action???

(Removed swearing, how about we dont say the words you got banned for on the forum) - Atic

    well they take action after you been doing this many times outside of hatespeech and racial where they go all in straight away.

    You probably got many reports on yourself. So the lesson is stop being toxic.

    From what i can see, they have mercy on other people when they are ruder than simple hate speech as . I even got ban for incorrectly written word, but they just assume it's rude word. EA  mods that track those reports should do their job properly. They are not tracking hackers so hard as simple to ban people for other reasons. They are just chasing people away. And that's not from now, but Years. I'm not the only one who stopped paying here, just playing casually sometimes now. Let the newbies play and be rude, ban veterans for years and a lot of money behind those accounts. I know, they want us to start new account and add more money to it, oh, no way, man. No way.

    Just going to add a friendly warning here, maybe dont write the words that you might have been banned for on the forums. If you get banned in-game for saying it why would you not get banned on the forums for it? @VladislaCcvetkov
