Why wont it let me link my switch account to my ps4
I downloaded apex on my ps4 recently but i already had it in my nintendo switch and now it wont let me switch over my account and items to my ps4

Unfortunately there's no cross-progression in Apex Legends, so if you're starting on a new platform you'll have to start from fresh there.
