A angry customer Looks like I will be canceling my membership. Apex is the only EA game I play and I had the membership across all platforms. I will be canceling it across all platforms. If I am buying the battle pass on top of my monthly sub. Then I don't need to pay a monthly sub
- @CroDanZ The fact that they waited until post launch means this was an 11th hour decision or they are even scummier than I think they are. They need to revert this decision
Worst decision ever made for EA Play Pro.
With even further thought I will not be buying the battle pass. Skins don't mean much to me. I buy minimum of 3 for my kids. May not amount to much, but I can't support this. I will also move to Steam. I was frustrated enough last night, I have bought, and earned over 500 Apex Packs and still only have the Heirloom I purchased with Caustic. I will play the game with my kids, but will no longer spend money on this game.
Wondering if a class action lawsuit is on the table? It is clearly stated on the website, is a benefit, and BP has been an established feature/benefit

Now I am lucky that I am out of EA Play Pro...this season was almost my reason to get it back but so no and......we have still no champions edition (that would be very much better than a Season Pass). :D Canceling my membership to, no point in it now, also EA you look really bad that you didn't told us...
To top it off customer service is giving me the run around, just to be an arse. Refusing a refund because it is a "Season 7 Battle Pass" not a 'Season Pass"
Guy didn't even know, or pretended not too, that Battle Pass has been an established part of the subscription. By removing this feature they changed the service and I no longer agree to the terms.
So if you are looking for a refund, after an hour of semantics and talking in a circle, that is the route. Battle Pass has been an established feature, the features of my subscription has changed
If the policy had changed why was it not communicated to the Pro members beforehand?
It seems strange not do this.
