Will Premiere members get the Season 4 Battle Pass like with S3 BP?

Hello!

Couldn't find anything about it, so I figured I'd ask here. The Season 3 Battle Pass was given to Premiere members at no extra cost, but I can't find any info if it's the same with the Season 4 Battle Pass :/

Can anyone(EA or Respawn members) confirm this?

ap-northeast-1 server = A Cheater's hive
This server is definitely filled with a lot of cheaters. Most of them are those that move so erratically that's it's essentially hard to hit them and also their recoil is unbelievable.
