@dioangel I'm gonna be honest with you, the wingman is hands down the hardest weapon to use on controller. As I only had about 3 hours or so to play each day it took me about a year just to be competent with it. It's so easy to mess up your shots with it. In most of my lobbies people never pick it up, they're usually avoided like Mozambique's and p2020's. Not trying to discount your frustration as I don't believe in cross play either, but if you're getting slapped with a wingman like that it sounds like you are probably facing a very experienced player. If it helps, the wingman is very bad up close with controller so if you can get close enough..well you know the rest.

@Sand_spitter I agree with you. @dioangel, wingman is used way more with PC players than Controller because like he said, its not an easy gun to use, and aim-assist doesnt change that. Also, you're opinion on how aim-assist works clearly shows you dont understand it. Its not like aimbot. If you set your crosshair still, its not going to just drag onto an enemy. It will stay still.
If you are getting wrecked with wingmen in PC lobbies, A. They are prob on PC because at least ONE has to be for the other two to even be able to crossplay. B. No matter the platform, they are either skilled with the wingman or you are just making yourself vulnerable, predictable, and an easy target with poor positioning and bad decision making.
I agree with @SheepsKing here too

I mean, it's not like a controller player cannot be absolutely nutty with a Wingman. But there is a reason that guides for this game that touch on aim and controller advise controller players specifically to AVOID choosing single-fire flicking style weapons and instead choose spray weapons. Aim assist in this game helps with tracking, not flicking.
- dSKyNafinchin4 years agoHero@pandareno1999 Very good point! PK is much better on mouse too. I can use semi-auto weapons like the Scout/Hemlock just fine, but the Wingman/PK are a different beast, and it shows
- hayhor4 years agoHero@pandareno1999 Jankz will show you that a controller player can use a wingman quite well.

Bruh, with my stick drift it stays nowhere near "still" most of the time 😂 I also play with deadzone off, but yeah...- dSKyNafinchin4 years agoHero@CCbathwater Stick drift is OP!! Basically an aimbot!!
