worst ban i ever sawww

i cant understand what TOS Team doing here ?

i got banned for 2 accounts the one i dont know the reason after so many motnhs 

and the second for being toxic one time.. they didnt even chat ban or tell me something they perma ban me 

i have spent 500-600 eruos for both account 

the first account is the one im talking right now... i have been hacked .,,i talk with EA they told me herself that i ve been hacked they help me to recover the account

but when i tried to play i was banned... they propably ban the account before the recover.. to the guy that hacked me

i have proofs everything photos from EA chat with me that they told me i ve been hacked

i am trying so many nmonths to remove the ban , and learn the reason that the account is banned ... but TOS team sending me same email every time

like they boring to read the cases i am making ...they keep sending me same email : 

Hello,

we received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.]]]]]

what ever u write to them they gonna send same email... i am asking the reason that account is still ban after ea said i was hacked.. they keep sending mr same email every time with those words... if i asked the what they eat today they gonna send me again the same thing.. i dont know what they doing like they never read the cases ...just reading the theme of the account like (BAN-suspended) And they send same thing every time... i give up with this game i lost 1000 euro +.. for no reason

i create second account after so many tries .. and i spent again 500-600 euro and they ban me because i ve been toxic and said a bad word on team chat for one time.. we playing every day with toxic guys .. and i didnt see any ban.. they could chat ban me or ban me for 20 days for example not perma... so i lost 1000+ on this game !.. i give up really

    @heyiameliot 

    You do know that posting the same thing as different threads in the different areas within the Apex forum is frowned upon.

    Just create the one thread and hope to get some traction.

    BTW here on the forum we cannot help or assist with Bans you will need to contact the Terms of service team via EA help.

    @heyiameliot Hey there when it comes to bans this is not something the forums can discuss. This is only something the Terms of Service teams can address.

    When it comes to in game harassment and such this is not tolerated at all. There currently is no specific restrictions in place to only chat ban someone.

    As for the second account I'm sure it was linked with your hardware or what other methods they may use to make their choices. You remaking an account would be considered ban evasion. Which is a bannable offense.

    thats what i am talking about ..tos team doesnt listen or telling me reason of ban only mailing me same email whatever i write or ask on them.. read what am i writing :/

    I feel for your situation but as both @E9ine_AC and I said here on the forum we can not assist.

    As for the reason why, you stated yourself that you had ben toxic that is reason enough.

    Again you will have to contact the ToS about this we here cannot help you.

    can i talk with tos team exept email? cause they send every time same things...

    if i make a case with ban-suspended theme and write what have u ate today

    they gonna send me same email with the same case that i am gonna write something about ban
