Wraith into the void invulnerable?

I thought that when you use the into the void ability you don’t take damage, but when I use it I go invisible but still can get shot. Someone please explain this mechanic?

Into the void - makes wraith invulnerable to damage for a brief period of time and makes her practically invisible.

makes sure you are confusing her ult with into the void. Her ult provides no invis at all.

it doesn´t make you invulnerable to some specific players, which are usually called hacker/cheater. got shot many times out of the void by a single bullet!

I've been shot and dropped using both the special and the ultimate. Then I get a middle finger from EA on the loading screen that says she doesn't take damage during her "Into the void" special ability.
