Wrong heirloom

I sent my cousin $100 so he can buy the 100 apex pack bundle on my account and he got 150 heirloom shards and I told him which heirloom to buy ( I specifically told him the cobalt) and he bought the serpent’s sting. Is there anyway to appeal or get in touch with anyone or am I cooked?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to undo or refund an heirloom, so unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done in this situation. Once bought, purchases are permanent.

Letting others access your account has risks. This is one of them.

Sharing accounts or granting others access to you account is not a good thing.
