After starting up season 20 today, I noticed I was awarded a plat season 19 ranked badge when I infact hit diamond. The promo trials sucked as a solo player so I am hoping to get this fixed..
Anyone else dealing with this? The only thing I can think of is about a week before the season offically ended, I lost LP and ended up back in plat 1.

Same here! Hit Diamond a few times in season 19 but finished Plat I at season 19 end and got given Plat badge - So sad....
I received a Platinum badge when my highest rank was Diamond. Screenshot attached from season 19. My gamertag is Bigbretteroosky on Xbox. Please help?
My highest rank achieved in Season 19 was Diamond 2 but when I logged in for the first time in Season 20 I only had a platinum badge and holospray. Username is GoldenArm and I'm on on Steam

I have had the same issue can respawn see this and gives us our badges we worked so hard to grind for. I just want a simple diamond badge will a banner frame surely can not be that hard to give us. Please sort this out as I have had to talk to 4 customer support staff in the past week.
Same. I hit Masters a few weeks before end of season. Ranked down to D1 and ended up with a diamond badge. Is EA going to fix this? This is frustrating and creates a reason to make Smurf accounts so you get the rank badge you grind for.
EA please fix this.
