Wrongfully banned

My account has been disabled due to playing an apex match where 2 cheaters from the same clan were hiding in a glitched spot I refused to play with them and I shot to give away their location they told me to go kill myself among so many other things I argue back with em and in the end I’m disabled I made cases with EA and they haven’t helped me at all I’ve got like 6 cases open with them and not a single one has done anything to help last email I got was saying I’m sorry you are having trouble logging in click on this link bla bla bla come on it was literally described on the email that I’m banned and the story about what happened literally thousands of dollars on apex alone gone just because 2 cheaters were mad they got caught this is beyond me how can a company not care about their customers the way EA does I just want help getting my account back

    Don't worry about posting it in the wrong place. It can happen! 🙂 I'll move this on over to the Apex boards. 

    In terms of bans. you're through to the forum team on here. We won't know why your EA account might be banned, sorry. You're looking for the Terms of Service team, not the support team. The Terms of Service team would exclusively help and discuss ban cases. If you believe there's been some sort of mix-up with the application of a ban, they can be reached by filling out the webform (that sends in an appeal to them).

    You might be able to get some context in the meantime by taking a look through your emails for a message from them. They aim to send one out when a ban has been added. It may specify the general rule broken, for example: ban applied for cheating/hacking/hate speech/etc. For more on those, this article may help: "Play by the rules in Apex Legends

  • @EA_Lanna TOS team won't discuss anything, that's just pure lie. I had same problem as he described and no one from TOS will discuss with you after you make a case or contact customer support. They will just automatically decline your case without any discussion or information.
