If someone is able to change your account details then it is likely the case that they have access to your email also as our team will not make any changes to an account unless it has been verified by the account owner, if someone is able to do this then it means that they would have access to your info and accounts.

I can guarantee you this is not correct, as I have the transcripts from the first attempt and all was needed was email and origin ID. I can also use the second attempt as proof where a note was added to my account and was disregarded when customer support gave away my account again, without having access to my email to verify ownership as previously stated. I have tfa on my email as well, so any unrecognized device would alert me if there was an attempt, just as tfa alerted me to me trying to login every time I've attempted to login after reclaiming my account. Furthermore, if they had access to my account, why would they state that they couldn't get into the email account to prove ownership in the first place. And to add further insult to injury, I listed all the ways I proceeded to protect my account, all of which are listed in the link you sent me, so you either didn't read the post or are just copy/pasting your reply.
