@DK9027 The only weapons in this game that I don't hate are charge rifle and triple take. The only reason I even bother picking up anything else is because two range weapons is dumb, and these days you're lucky to find either one, much less both, in a single match. And if you do then you won't find two mid-range scopes. And if you do then it'll be one of those matches where you get to second and the ring closes inside a building where CQC is all that matters. And then it doesn't matter which one of the garbage close-range guns I have. I'm dead any way you slice it.
@reconzero Anyone shoots at me with a charge rifle I'm instantly figuring out how to push them. I hate that hitscan gun with a passion. 🤣
- @hayhor It just seems like common sense to me that gigantic, wide open maps would make this a de facto sniper's game, but I don't recall that it ever was, even back in the early seasons when you didn't have to barf up a lung to get your hands on a charge rifle, triple take, longbow, or G7. Ah, the good ol' days.
- @reconzero Snipers are useless unless being quiet and 3rd partying the winner, but ONLY if you can get the shot off before they swap armors/use batteries.
The ease of healing makes the TTK too long on snipers to be useful past the first ring. - @reconzero I go through periods where I like to snipe. It can be fun. I just don't use that laser gun. 🤷♂️
