Also as I see from yoru rules: Apex Legends may be unavailable or blocked in specific regions due to legal, sanction, or compliance issues, particularly in Belarus, Russia, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. I dont see any restriction to Ukraine, but they still cant play. Please resolve this and I still gonna wait for your reply.
