ZAPORIZHZHYA NOT OCUPIED CITY

Hello EA Support,

I am contacting you regarding a regional restriction affecting my friend’s city. It appears that the system currently considers the region occupied or restricted, which prevents normal access to EA services and games.

However, my friend is a regular player and should not be restricted from accessing their account and purchased content because of an incorrect regional classification. We kindly ask you to manually review the situation and reconsider the restriction applied to this location.

We would appreciate any clarification regarding:

• why the restriction was applied,
• whether it can be manually reviewed,
• and what steps are required to restore normal access.
