I’m a getting a “this profile is not permitted to play online” message when i try to log into my account. I’ve checked my account and there is no history of ban or suspension. Please help, anyone from EA?

Got the same issue. Was playing online maybe an hour ago and took a break. Went to log back in and that’s the same screen im on.
ive been having this problem for 3 months now, its a joke. zero help from ea, ive made new accounts, same thing. havent been banned, dont cheat. one day after an update this msg appeared,
