“Unable to connect to EA servers” (XBOX)

I’ve been having trouble to connect to EA servers. I’ve repeatedly disconnect my internet and connect it back again and yet it won’t still work. Every time I’m the loading screen and I press “A” it won’t connect to the EA servers, and when I do successfully go into the lobby and I ready up for a match, it get stuck saying “connecting matchmaking” and after a while it will tell me “Connection to server timed out (code:net). See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.” I repeat my internet is perfectly fine and nothing to do with this problem because I can use my internet perfectly fine with other games that are multiplayer with no problem. As shown in the pictures, I showed my home screened with my messages there and as you can see the options or the screen is not blacked out (Xbox only) meaning I’m connected to the internet and perfectly fine. Any fixes for this?
