Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I have not violated any user agreement. I haven't played this game for several years, and I only recently logged in to play a few matches. Because I wasn't used to the game anymore, I didn't manage to get a single kill in those matches. How can this be used to determine that I violated the user agreement by using unauthorized methods to enhance my gameplay performance? If I'm being banned simply because my poor skills dragged down my teammates and caused them to lose ranking points, that would really upset me. Moreover, I've spent a considerable amount of money on this game in the past. Banning my account for no reason like this makes me very angry. Please give me a reasonable explanation
