-RP when client crashed before legend select

While playing with my brother, we qued for ranked in D4. when game found us a lobby we got into loading screen, my brother got to legend selector while my client crashed. Event tho I was able to load it back again it didnt put me into game with him. They eventually lost early and I got about 160RP deducted from me with addition of 10 minutes penalty. As someone who barely get to find few hours a week to play its pretty  frustrating being pushed back in rank ladder without having done nothing wrong. It wouldnt hurt if game could recognize that someone left the game intentionally and someone unintentionally, so that in my situation right now my RP would stay same.
