greetings,

I have been get the follow error

"x887A0006 - DXGI_Error_DEVICE_HUNG The applications device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application.This is an design-time issue that should be investivigated and fixed."

I am running an AMD Red Devil Raedon RX 5700 XT.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. it is getting worst and worst and crashing about every two or three games in apex.

@ARwoody21 Good luck.
Aside from the DDU reinstall drivers, ensure everything is updated (which I believe you have already tried), they cant help you.
