OMG. I was opting to buy a new CPU until i saw this. Im currently using AMD r5 2600 and gtx 1070ti. I thought my cpu cant handle the intensive workload of 1070ti and apex legends, but as i saw others comment (having an i9 cpu) then i realize that this is indeed Apex problem. It makes one core of the cpu run 100 percent does create micro stutter in game especially in heavy fights. I play pubg but this problem doesnt appear on the game.

So I was playing The Division 2 and the same thing happened and guess what, they use EAC too so it's an EAC problem, the only difference was that after closing the game I waited 5 minutes and the core got unstuck and went back to normal.
Restarting my pc is still the faster fix
Let's hope EAC fixes this soon
