Can’t launch apex legends

I was playing ranked all morning, I left to use the washroom and my system went into rest mode, after restarting my console (PS5) the app won’t launch it beeps giving me an error that something has gone wrong with the app. I restarted the system and I keep getting the issue, I restored my licenses and I’m still unable to launch apex. I have a second user account on tho system, I launched apex on that account and the game ran. Can someone please help me.
