1 player in queue can any staff help us all out????

there is a lot of people with this problem and i feel like its being over looked.... can you guys give us an update if you guys are working on a fix? like anything would help, tired of sitting aro...

Yeah this is some bs clearly it's not a new issue nor do they seem to care enough to communicate more than saying its being looked into when people haven't been able to access the game most of us have spent our money on. makes it pretty hard to want to support them again.
