1 Player In Queue when Searching for Ranked Game

I am on the Sydney Server and whenever I queue for a ranked game or even normal trio I am stuck in queue for over 15 minutes waiting to find players which never comes. Sometimes players found can reach 2 players but not over. Is there any fix I have seen many people with this issue and it seems EA_Mari has been able to help some people. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I play on steam under the username "Sudden" - Level 249.
