Re: 1 players in queue

Hello, last week I finally got unbanned from apex legends and I was excited to play the game again, but once I got on it wouldn’t let me matchmake, it would say “1 player in matchmaking” or sometimes it would go up to 2 players, I've tried everything, changing internet, deleting and reinstalling the game, cleared the cache, I've done it all and nothing seems to work, It kinda seems like I’m still “shadow banned” from the game because the ban on my account was a matchmaking ban, where i could still go into the game and look at things but i just couldn’t play anything, and its basically doing the same thing, but instead of it saying a countdown to when i could play it just is stuck on the one player thing. Ive read online that other people have had this problem, some for a few days to every a year, I thought the update that came out this morning could have fixed it but to my surprise its still doing the same thing. I hope this is a problem you guys help me with. Thank you for taking your time to read this.
