I had packet loss like 2 years back on war thunder and it was actualy ISP fault, they changed some components at their base or something and it was working fine.
you're right, was my internet provider, got a VPN and everything is perfect.
unfortunately ea hates my VPN and keeps disconnecting me now.
Use Tunnelbears ghost mode to connect and play for now. I have the same issue as well. It's not are isp its actualy level3 in the route it takes. Level3 fs the route for what ever reason on most servers. Have spent hours on the phone and a week now looking into the problem of lag and random disconnects. It's out of are hands until some one who knows how to get level3 to get there act together!
