100% CPU usage/ frequently crash down

@Nazvil86968 @awhat1984 @Meatball-Slay3r @Sxaq @xxhaloepicxx we have seen running a windows file checker has helped or trying a new windows account with admin rights.

Hello, I did try to use different account with admin rights before 9/22 but without success.

I tried to run the system file checker today and it fixed some errors.

I will test the game for few days and post my feedback.
