100% CPU usage leads to overheating

A PC should be able to run at 100% CPU usage all day. 

Until you resolve your cooling hardware issue, reducing the in-game graphics settings should reduce the CPU load.

    yes, with other games that is the case. But not with Apex. For some stupid reason the game is causing the cpu to overheat. Valorant is also using 100% cpu but it´s nowhere close to overheating. So this is clearly not a cooling hardware issue.

    btw. my graphic settings are at the lowest and it´s still using 100%.
