Granted my PC isn't that up to date anymore but prior to the latest patch the game was perfectly playable, no high CPU usage at all. Since the latest patch through Steam the game hits 100% even in the menu.Followed the high CPU usage guide that is stickied, it worked initially but now I'm back to the same issue.(I added exception in Defender, deleted EasyAntiCheat launcher and folder and re-validated)I have no background running apps that are causing any extra strain on my CPU.Before the update my GPU appeared to be bottlenecking as it was always at 100% which is fine, however my CPU never hit 100% until recently.This causes in-game stuttering and lag when my CPU usage spikes and makes fights and quick movements in busy areas extremely difficult.Has anything changed in the latest update that could be causing these spikes?PC Specs:Win11i5-4670KZ87-GD65 MBSapphire RX 580 Nitro+ 8GBG.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 2133 4x4GBLatest AMD driver 22.1.2 (also happened with the previous version)All drivers are up to date.

@MystikalDesigns Thanks! I appreciate that. One thing that stood out to me in the DxDiag was an entry for MSICPUService.exe crashing under the diagnostics section. I'm curious if there might be something happening with the MSI Command Center that could be related to the CPU usage issues you've been seeing. Have you checked to see if there might be an update for Command Center to see if that helps?

@EA_Kent I that that's a red herring; I was messing around with overclocking etc.I've tried not running Command Center and my game still hits 100% on a regular basis. There is no update to Command Center for my motherboard unfortunately.Prior to this update I had no CPU issues, it was always stable.

@EA_Kent That didn't improve anything and actually made my Windows 11 load up in an error state (my PIN functionality was no longer available even though I hid all the Windows services and it broke my audio service too)

Updated for the new release and I'm still hitting 100% constantly.

Before this started happening did you make any changes to your page file settings in Windows or anything like that?

Have you checked to see if there might be any updates for your BIOS? I've seen a few cases where a BIOS update can help with similar issues.
