100% packet loss every 30 mins constantly

I've never had this issue before season 19 but the when the update rolled around I get kicked from servers every single time, it happens almost every 30 mins at a constant rate. I have clips to show almost 10 different occasions when packet loss jumps to 100 and my ping stays at 60-80 my internet works perfectly fine "not the issue" it only ever started at season 19's launch, I'm on xbox series x and starting to become frustrated with it

If you see regular interruptions to your connection, it may be worthwhile checking what other activity there is on your connection that may be interfering.
