2 Xbox account linked to my EA account

    Heya @iphresh7 

    Usually it's not possible for 2 platform accounts of the same type to be connected to the same EA account, except for older EA accounts as this used to be possible a while back.

    Since these types of cases are quite uncommon, the best thing you can do is reach out to EA Support and hope that they'll be able to help you out.

Hi @iphresh7, this was an issue with the site but should now be working. I tested it a few min ago on three browsers with no errors.

I cleared the cache, Tried 2 different browsers(chrome and Edge), not logging in, logging in, and chatting; and I cannot get through. I get this error message every time.

      @iphresh7 I can see in the image that an account is logged in. Make sure no account is logging into the help site when you follow the steps.
